Wayne County Sheriff Barry Virts reports that a 23-year-old Phelps man was charged with aggravated DWI after a traffic stop on State Route 14 in the Town of Lyons.
Deputies say Rosendo Rojas-Rodriguez was stopped on State Route 414 in the Town of Lyons after he was observed leaving the roadway, traveling into the grass parallel to the road.
Rojas-Rodriguez was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated with BAC of .21% and issued multiple traffic summons’.
He was released and will answer the charges in Lyons Town Court at a later date.
